I'm Ash, Chief Administrative Officer at Run A Better Set (RABS). I was born in New Orleans and now primarily reside in Asheville, North Carolina. I graduated with a degree in Entertainment Technologies, with a focus in Film and Web Development. I met our CEO, Josh, at a film event in New Orleans while I was job hunting. It turned out he'd just launched a company in exactly the field I'd graduated in, and I've been here ever since. I like to say I manifested my career, but it also took a lot of hard work, dedication, and collaboration. I came to RABS with ten years of customer service experience, starting on the Background Helpdesk on February 21, 2019. I went on to become RABS' first employee as Director of Accounts, and I've since been promoted to CAO. I stand behind the RABS way — Responsibility, Accountability, and Better Service. I lead by example, I'm team-oriented, and I believe in a workplace that rewards ideas and hard work, and promotes growth.
